About the role：
The Regional Manager,
International Recruitment, Greater China reports directly to the Associate Pro Vice-Chancellor (China Strategy) and is responsible for professional and efficient management of international recruitment activities for a designated region of prospective International students.
This position leads the recruitment and promotional activities across assigned recruitment markets, and provides advice to prospective students, families, agents and staff of the university and undertakes student recruitment initiatives.
This role also plays a key role in maintaining and growing existing markets within Greater China region to recruit international students in order to meet load targets.
Skills & Experience：
In order to be successful in this position you will have:
* An undergraduate degree in any area relevant to the position with at least 4 years subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience
* Demonstrated results in student recruitment and marketing for international students in Greater China.
* A record of successfully planning and evaluating recruitment and conversion activities of international students in Greater China.
* Experience in developing and implementing face-to-face and virtual recruitment and marketing strategies in the China market.
* Good knowledge of the education systems in Australia and China, including admission qualifications and entry standards, as well as a thorough understanding of current Government policies affecting international education
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills coupled with cultural sensitivity and knowledge to be able to operate independently at high levels and to achieve desired outcomes in a variety of international contexts
* Demonstrated significant experience in relationship and stakeholder management in the international student recruitment market in Greater China.
